Our fuscelle are ideal for portioning and packaging of traditional ricotta and fresh cheeses in different formats. We have single-portion articles from 50 gr up to large formats of 2500 gr for cutting at the deli counter and for the Ho channel .Re.Ca. Each item has its own external container decorative and customizable in formats for free service. They are available in different forms, traditional and special, with different types of punctures to optimize the drainage of the whey according to the characteristics of its ricotta or soft cheese.
