Our final goal goes far beyond the supply of a machine for the transformation of dairy products or the supply of packaging suitable for a specific food product. We want our customers to perfectly know how to use their production means, in order to obtain the final product of the quality they want.

Our customized dairy training courses are held by professional technologists specialized in dairy production with cow, sheep and goat milk. The training day or days are organized according to specific business needs.

Training at our laboratory

Dairy training takes place in our laboratory. The test transformation can be carried out with ours or your own milk. During the process, the dairy technologist explains the production step-by-step and specializes in cheese production according to the type of milk used by the specific dairy (cow, sheep, goat) and according to the type of cheese to be obtained (fresh, soft, seasoned).

Training at your productive establishment

The dairy training takes place at your company with your milk and your machinery. The test transformation can be carried out with ours or your own milk. During the process, the dairy technologist explains the production step-by-step and specializes in cheese production according to the type of milk used by the specific dairy (cow, sheep, goat) and according to the type of cheese to be obtained (fresh, soft, seasoned). This service can also be used to refine the quality of an existing product and for the R&D of a new product.

R&S closed session at our workshop

This service is dedicated to those who have already gained substantial experience in milk processing and need to improve their production, experiment with new products or try a new type of machine. In this case you will then have the opportunity to rent our dairy laboratory and do a closed session test, requesting if necessary the support of our in-house specialized technologist.
