It has been specifically designed to meet the needs of catering.
An electronic temperature control, adjustable, allows you to store the ice cream or sorbets in a ventilated environment, so that you can offer the dessert at the correct tasting temperature.

Store up to 15 litres of ice cream (3.4 l containers. + 1 2.5 l container).
