Rack designed for the salting of cheeses by immersion in brine, storage on pallet PGR5 and maturation in a ripening cell.
The rack has sides all around the perimeter to prevent the loss of forms during salting in the tank.

Maturation mats are available in non-toxic polypropylene to be applied over the grills
