Double bottoms for ricotta cheese

Double bottom of the “vertical cylindrical” type made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with heated and cooled band and bottom separately.

The cavity is built with a double circuit to allow heating and cooling separated both on the bottom and on the plating.

The system is exempted from the obligation of testing I.S.P.E.S.L. according to directive P.E.D.
