The steam spinner is designed for the processing of fresh or frozen curd or any food preparation for spun paste in general.
The processing temperature is managed by a thermoregulator in an electrical control panel and maintained constant by the use of a double chamber that prevents heat loss to the Outer environment.
The spun paste is directly sent to the forming section integrated with the previous section.
Suitable for the production of mozzarella, pizza preparation products, hard cheeses such as caciocavallo and scamorza, processed cheese and food preparations.
