With functions of:
- Pasteurization of milk;
- Coagulation of milk;
- Production of ricotta cheese.
Complete with:
- rotary cutting machine,
- tubular base suitable for holding all equipment,
- horizontal water pipe steam generator,
- pressurised burner automatic model air blown gas oil, methane, LPG
- electronically programmable time-type water softener,
- pipes for connecting the steam generator to a multipurpose boiler.
Made of stainless steel. Excluding flue supply.
